Anna Sergeyevna Koournikova (born in Russian) is a native of America who was a professional tennis player and TV presenter. It was her popularity and attractive appearance that made her one the best-known tennis players of the world. Anna Kournikova was a famous Russian tennis player who in the past was considered to be the most well-known female tennis player in the world. Kournikova was an averagely skilled singles player but a hugely accomplished doubles player, and her partnership with Martina Hingis was widely praised for its effectiveness. The world was captivated by her appearance and modeling assignments and is to date one of the most highly sought-after athletes on the web. Kournikova was a singles player as a modern baseliner, performing the game with speed and spin around the court. Her style was based on powerful returns and long groundstrokes. Kournikova is a native of Moscow as both of her parents played professional tennis. Sergei Kournikov, her dad was a wrestler champion and Alla Kournikov was an athlete. Kournikova first started playing tennis at the age of five. She was moved to Florida in the year 1991 (at age 10) to attend the Nick Bollettieri academy. Kournikova after becoming a professional, signed sponsorship agreements with many brands. Although she has retired her career, she remains a very well-known celebrity who is featured in Hollywood film. Kournikova's romance with Enrique Iglesias began in 2001. The couple has two children twins, born in December of 2017. Anna Sergeyevna Kournikova was born on the 7th of June 1980 in Moscow, Russian SFSR Soviet Union. She was a very active Russian professional tennis athlete. She began playing professional tennis at the young age of 14, and became the youngest tennis player ever to play and winning at the Fed Cup for Russia. When she was 15, she made it to the U.S. Open. Later, at the age of 16 she made her way to the Wimbledon semifinals. Unfortunately she had to retire from professional tennis at the age of 21 due to due to severe back problems.
